During a recent review, we found that costs for essential business tools—such as monitoring software, cybersecurity solutions, and security compliance tools—have risen significantly. Until now, we have absorbed these increases. However, to maintain the high level of service our clients expect and to keep your business secure, we must adjust our pricing.
What’s Changing & Why
Cyber threats continue to grow in frequency and sophistication. To strengthen your protection, we are upgrading our security stack to include:
- Cybersecurity awareness training for all employees (a requirement for most cyber insurance policies)
- Enhanced EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) protection with web filtering
- Proactive Cyber Threat Hunting – a 24/7 search for malicious or suspicious activity that other tools may miss. If a threat is detected, the system will automatically contain the affected machine(s) to prevent spread until we can remediate.
These enhancements are designed to safeguard your business against today’s most advanced cyber risks. While no tool can guarantee 100% prevention, our layered security approach significantly reduces risk and response time.
New Rates Effective October 1, 2025:
- Workstations: $75.00/month (previously $60.00)
- Servers: $125.00/month (previously $100.00)
These changes will appear on invoices issued on or after October 1, 2025.
