United Tech Pros was great from the initial inquiry all the way through installation. Lou took the time to really understand my concerns during the initial visit and put together a detailed proposal based on my needs. When my requirements changed, he was more than willing to revise the proposal and make sure everything was exactly what I needed. Once everything was finalized, Lou kept me updated throughout the process, including when the equipment was ordered and when we could schedule the installation. He upgraded my network from a Netgear Orbi mesh system to a Ubiquiti system, and the entire installation was completed in just one day with very little disruption or overage. The communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process were excellent. I’m very happy with the new system and would definitely recommend UnitedTechPros to anyone looking for professional networking and technology services.

Highly recommended - Lou is tremendous; knowledgable, professional, and responsive. Did I mention punctual? We had wi-fi issues and needed a physical ethernet line brought up through the basement into another above floor room; he walked me through everything he was going to do before he did it; cleaned up and was very cordial throughout the day. Can't go wrong with this guy at all!

So impressed with Louis and United tech pros. Very responsive, put me in his schedule immediately, fixed all our internet / network issues AND …. Recycled all our old outdated equipment. He was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Will absolutely use him again. A+++
