This year marks 20 years of service for the company now known as United Tech Pros — a milestone built not just on technology, but on trust, service, and relationships.
For many years, clients knew the business as Incision Network. Over the past year, the company rebranded as United Tech Pros, reflecting both its growth and the broader range of technology services it provides today. While the name has changed, the heart of the work has remained the same: helping people through reliable service, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing the job right.
What began as a simple idea has grown into two decades of helping people stay connected, solve problems, and navigate a world that depends more and more on technology every day.
In the early days, that often meant fixing computers, solving Wi-Fi issues, and helping people through the everyday tech frustrations that can disrupt work and life. Over time, those service calls grew into larger projects, stronger partnerships, and a reputation built through quality work and word of mouth.
There was never a giant master plan from the beginning. The business was built by showing up every day, doing the work the right way, and taking care of people.
Over the years, that commitment led to more than just business growth. It created lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, friends, and family members who became part of the company’s story. What started as a one-man effort became something much bigger: a trusted business built on consistency, care, and personal connection.
One of the clearest examples of that came during the COVID years. At a time when many people were cut off from loved ones, technology became a lifeline. Lou continued showing up, helping clients stay connected to family, friends, work, and the outside world during a difficult and uncertain time. In many cases, that work felt like more than tech support — it was about preserving connection, comfort, and hope when people needed it most.
That spirit of service remains at the heart of United Tech Pros today.
As United Tech Pros celebrates 20 years in business, this milestone is about more than longevity. It is a celebration of the people who made it possible — the clients who placed their trust in the work, the team members who helped carry it forward, and the family and friends who supported the journey along the way.
